Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item for an authorisation code and details of where to send your item. 

The item being returned must then be sent to us within 14 days - completely unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Please note, that due to hygiene reasons, a refund or exchange will not be offered for any item showing signs of use. If any item is returned to us in used condition, we will notify you. In such case, you can choose to have the item reposted to you (at your cost) or it will be destroyed.

 

For all valid refunds, your refund will be processed, and a credit for the value of the returned item (excluding any shipping costs paid) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Please note that you are responsible for the return postage costs (unless the item is faulty). We suggest using a trackable service, as the item will be your responsibility until delivered to us.
